If you are a Lendor credit facility customer, we will perform credit and identity checks on you with one or more credit reference agencies to process your application (or an application for a credit facility which you will guarantee).
We may also conduct periodic searches with credit reference agencies to manage your credit facility account with us.
To facilitate this, we will provide your name, date of birth, and address history to the credit reference agencies, who will then supply us with information about you. This includes public and shared credit data, financial situation, financial history, and fraud prevention information.
When using data from credit reference agencies, we adhere to the Principles of Reciprocity by contributing the same level of credit performance data that we receive. Therefore, we will continue to exchange information about your repayment history with credit reference agencies as long as you have a relationship with us. We will also notify the agencies about your settled accounts. If you borrow and fail to repay in full and on time, credit reference agencies will record the outstanding debt. This information will be available to other organizations that run a credit check on you with the credit reference agencies, such as other finance providers.
When credit reference agencies receive a search request from us, they will place a search footprint on your credit file, visible to other lenders.
These searches may create links with other individuals or companies with whom you have a financial association. It is advisable to inform them of any such applications.
At our absolute discretion, we may agree to reschedule the term and repayments of your loan, typically if you are having difficulty maintaining the agreed repayments. We reserve the right to add additional fees to the loan to facilitate this outcome. The details of any such fees will be communicated to you at that time.
If you are having difficulties keeping up with your loan repayment, it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible. In the event of a loan default, we may apply more fees and your interest rate may be varied. We may take stringent measures to recover the full amount outstanding and this may include employing the services of specialist third party loan
Lendor Technologies Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be held liable for any actions, claims, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of this website.
